Baby's Haven is committed to providing flexible cancellation options to our guests. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings made through our platform. Please note that cancellation terms may vary by property and booking type.

Cancellation Windows

Flexible Cancellation

Cancellation Deadline: Up to 7 days before check-in

Refund: 100% refund of booking amount

Perfect for guests who need flexibility in their travel plans.

Moderate Cancellation

  • 7 to 3 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • 3 days to check-in day: No refund

Standard cancellation terms offering balanced protection.

Non-Refundable Rate

Cancellation Deadline: No refunds for any cancellation

Benefit: Lower nightly rate in exchange for non-refundable booking

For budget-conscious guests seeking discounted rates.

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your Baby's Haven account
  2. Navigate to "My Bookings"
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
  5. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email
  6. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Special Circumstances

Exceptional Cases

In cases of medical emergencies, death in the family, or other genuine hardships, Baby's Haven may consider exceptions to this cancellation policy. Please contact our support team with supporting documentation to discuss possible alternatives.

Property-Initiated Cancellations

If Baby's Haven or the property owner cancels your reservation, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at a comparable or superior property at no additional cost.

Modifications to Bookings

Changes to check-in dates, check-out dates, or guest count are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or refunds depending on the rate difference. To modify your booking:

  1. Contact our support team as soon as possible
  2. We will check availability for your requested dates
  3. If the new rate is higher, you will be charged the difference
  4. If the new rate is lower, the difference will be refunded
  5. A revised confirmation will be sent to your email

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days from cancellation approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for booking
  • Currency: Refunds processed in INR (Indian Rupees)
  • Bank Fees: Any bank charges may be deducted from the refund at the discretion of your financial institution
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Non-refundable processing fees applied at booking are not refunded

Services & Add-Ons

Additional services purchased (spa services, chef service, airport transfers, daily cleaning, etc.) are subject to the same cancellation policy as the main booking. Some premium services may have their own specific cancellation terms.

No-Show Policy

If you do not check in on your reservation date and do not cancel in advance, you will forfeit your entire booking payment. No refund will be issued for no-shows. We recommend contacting us if you experience any travel delays.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), Baby's Haven will make reasonable efforts to offer rebooking options or partial refunds. Specific terms will be communicated based on the nature of the force majeure event.
